Orgo-Life the new way to the future Advertising by AdpathwayHey, if Chuck Lorre seeks help at a silent retreat, at least he wouldn’t have to hear President Donald Trump’s voice for a few days.
The creator of smash hit sitcoms like “Two and a Half Men” and “The Big Bang Theory” found a pretty clever way to troll the president and his administration — and he did it on his own show … which airs on the MAGA-friendly network.

On Thursday, CBS aired the Season 3 premiere of Lorre’s sitcom “Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage.” Instead of using a traditional vanity card in the credits of his shows — which is typically a short, full-screen production company logo — Lorre opts to write a message to the viewers instead (which are also saved in an official online archive).
Lorre’s vanity card note for Thursday’s episode was aimed directly at the Trump administration — and it was dripping with sarcasm.
Earlier this week, a White House spokesperson responded to a pretty fiery speech Lorre delivered about Trump late last month.
“Chuck Lorre should immediately seek psychiatric help to treat his severe case of Trump Derangement Syndrome that has completely rotted his peanut-sized brain,” White House spokesperson Davis Ingle told Fox News.
In his vanity card message Thursday, the Hollywood giant agreed with Ingle in the snarkiest way possible.
“A spokesperson for the White House recently announced that I need psychiatric help. I don’t disagree,” Lorre began. “I’m not a big fan of mood-altering drugs or electroshock therapy, you know, ‘Cuckoo’s Nest’ stuff.”
Lorre moved on to discuss the kind of therapy he’d be open to trying — which sounds like it could also benefit the president.
“I would be up for a chat with a trained professional who gently encourages me to seek out childhood experiences that negatively impact my thinking and behavior,” Lorre wrote.
The showrunner, 73, then offered a reason why he may need to seek help for his mental health in parentheses: “(A possible culprit could be weekly atomic bomb drills in grade school. This involved hiding under my desk to avoid being cut to ribbons from the classroom windows imploding.)”
Lorre continued by making a suggestion to the administration as well: “It might also be worth investigating if toxins in my environment bear any responsibility for my ‘derangement.’ (Can’t ignore all those mesothelioma commercials.)”
Lorre concluded by thanking the White House for being so thoughtful.
“Regardless of how we proceed, I do appreciate this very public concern for my mental health. It’s comforting to know my government is looking out for me.”

Lorre’s vanity card smackdown is only his latest attack on Trump.
On Sept. 26, Lorre received a philanthropic award at Project Angel Food’s annual gala. The organization prepares and delivers free meals to people in need in Los Angeles, a service that’s become even more vital thanks to the Trump administration’s policies and actions.
Although Lorre expressed gratitude for the honor in his speech, he seemed a bit more interested in taking the opportunity to roast the person responsible for compromising the “the health and welfare” of U.S. citizens: Trump.
“But the burden of my profession demands that I take this opportunity to say a few words about that bloated orange piece of shit in the White House,” Lorre began.
In another nugget in his speech, Lorre said he tunes into CNN every morning to check if the “president of the United States had a heart attack while straining to take a dump.”
He also took a dig at first lady Melania Trump, saying that she “clearly hates her husband” and busted out quite the impression of Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
Lorre decided to end his speech with a “small punch-up of the alcoholic’s prayer” — a nod to his sitcom “Mom,” which centers around a mother and daughter attending Alcoholics Anonymous meetings together.
“God, grant me the serenity to no longer give a shit about all the stupid people in this country,” Lorre said. “The courage to say Donald Trump is a Russian asset who traded teenagers with Jeffrey Epstein, and the wisdom to end on a cheap laugh. Thank you very much.”
