Orgo-Life the new way to the future Advertising by AdpathwayThe Trump White House’s Halloween post on X came back to haunt it on Wednesday.
It shared an image, potentially AI-generated, of a pumpkin with a sombrero carved into it.
“Spooky szn is here,” it captioned the picture.
The post appeared to reference the sombrero-themed AI videos shared by Donald Trump and other Republicans last year as they attacked the Democratic Party over immigration.

Those videos, which depicted prominent Democratic lawmakers wearing sombreros, were widely condemned as racist.
The White House’s Halloween version prompted a similar response from critics, some of whom turned the joke back on Trump by using AI to create their own pumpkin carvings featuring the president and his longtime associate, the late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
