Orgo-Life the new way to the future Advertising by AdpathwayIf you are one of the millions of people who use terms like artificial intelligence or AI, Donald Trump has a harsh message for you: You’re the enemy.
Seriously.
The president took to his Truth Social platform on Thursday to demand that people stop calling AI AI, and instead use his preferred term, “Super Intelligence.”
Seriously. Read for yourself:
The White House considers anyone that uses the term, “Artificial Intelligence,” as opposed to the highly accepted new and more accurate term, “Super Intelligence,” THE ENEMY!
He justified the name change no one was asking for by claiming “super” was “much more accurate” than “artificial.”
So far, the name change to “SI” has received the same antipathy that accompanied other recent name changes, like when he rebranded Lake Ontario as “Lake America,” and renamed the Gulf of Mexico as the “Gulf of America.”
Not surprisingly, the president’s threat to deem everyone who doesn’t call AI “SI” his enemy led to social media mockery.
What is going on with our president?
Calling people "THE ENEMY" for exercising their First Amendment rights is deeply disturbing.
That's what autocratic leaders do, not American leaders.
Doing so for such a trivial, vain matter is just nutty.

You’re the enemy of the POTUS (sworn to uphold the Constitution and its pesky First Amendment) if you don’t use his idiotic chosen word for a common noun?
Artificial intelligence. 🖕🖕x infinity https://t.co/OyzHUgZLPq
Every single thing he does, thinks or says, relates in some way back to himself, so because "superintelligence" was his idea, it's now a crime to refer to AI.
— Robert Lusetich (@RobertLusetich) October 8, 2026I agree! This is what is wrong with America. Glad the President is finally addressing this key issue that I hear everyone complaining about in local diners across Arkansas. The GOP is laser focused on the upcoming elections. https://t.co/eLTO3iNnWc
— RAMZPAUL (@ramzpaul) October 8, 2026I am expecting all Trump supporters to start saying Super Intelligence from now on, and I will make sure to call them traitors if they step out of line. https://t.co/H2tUU00Tbu
— Valentina Gomez Stan 🇺🇸 (@spicy1812) October 8, 2026SUPER INTELLIGENT move. Perfect issue for Trump's 'enemies' to spend time complaining about instead of real issues. Also rallies the base. It's the Republican equivalent to forcing the use of pronouns. https://t.co/Bv9f7LSsy6
