@flarkey, under Sitrec/Settings, what do you have "Max Resolution" set to?
And does it help if you change it, say to 480 or 360?
Also, can you look in the .../More Tools/Developer Tools/Consol Tab, then right click and "Save As...", and attach it here. like this one:
It might simply be timing out. The Amazon S3 loading seems slower recently - might be something I did

It was set to 720P. Changing it had no effect.

Thats might be it. I'm on a VPN that might cause some lag. Although fast.com says I'm getting 76 Mbps
I was able to download that ok and drag'n'drop it into the stitch ok.
I cant even find that menu,
Not sitrec... F12, browser dev tools

I've added "Export Debug Log", which will save a file. If you can reproduce the error, then click that, post the file here, or DM it.
I might just need to extend the timeout.
Extended to two minutes. Give that a bash.
Just for the record, I could get the MP4 with both Firefox and Edge. The only difference was that Firefox showed the video in the browser, Edge downloaded it and opened Media Player. But both worked for me.
Going to quote the URL as it has URL encodings.
[Edit: both times it downloaded in less than 5 seconds]
