The human being was never meant to remain the same.

You came to Earth with a blueprint designed to unfold in layers. Even through what you remember as the Anunnaki modifications of human DNA, the deeper potential was not erased. Layers remained waiting to activate, including within what you now call “junk DNA.” Humanity carries possibilities that have barely begun to be explored.

In the beginning of life, much of the human experience naturally moves through the lower centres. The root seeks survival and security, the sacral seeks pleasure, sexuality, desire and stimulation. There is nothing wrong with this, yet you were never meant to stop there.

The heart awakens, and love becomes less dependent upon receiving something from another person. You begin to discover unconditional love as a state generated within you.

The higher centres awaken, and the desire to accumulate experiences slowly transforms into the desire to serve. You recognize another being not simply as “another,” but as another expression of the same consciousness looking through different eyes.

Even your relationship with food can change. You may become attracted to simpler, more natural foods, particularly those grown beneath the sun and close to the living Earth. For some people, appetite may become simpler as their practice deepens, although the physical body should always be listened to and properly nourished.

Sexual energy can also be refined. When kundalini begins moving through the system, energy that was previously expressed primarily through sexual desire can be experienced as creativity, devotion, love, insight and expanded awareness.

This does not mean that sexuality must disappear. Conscious sexuality can become something very different from sexuality born from hunger, possession or the need to be completed by another person. Two beings can meet without attempting to fill an emptiness in one another and use intimacy as a space for presence, love and expansion.

Through meditation, spiritual practice and the awakening of kundalini, energy begins to move differently. Love becomes less dependent on another person. The desire to receive becomes the desire to serve, because you begin to recognize others as expressions of the same consciousness.

Even your needs may change. The constant need for stimulation decreases. Social needs can soften as you discover that silence is not emptiness and that connection exists far beyond the physical world.

This does not mean rejecting food, relationships or sexuality. There can be conscious relationships created from love rather than need, conscious sexuality that refines and elevates energy, and beautiful natural foods grown beneath the sun.

The invitation is simply to notice what happens as you evolve.

You begin to need less while experiencing more.

Less stimulation, yet greater sensitivity. Less searching for love, yet more love. Less consumption, yet greater appreciation.

Less dependence, yet deeper connection.

Do not be afraid when your desires change. You were designed to change.

As you evolve, less is more.

You came into this world with an extraordinary capacity for evolution. Your body, your energy system, your desires, your relationships and even the way you receive nourishment were never meant to remain exactly as they were at the beginning of your earthly journey.
