MS NOW, one of the media organizations Donald Trump has banned from the White House grounds, went viral with its brutally succinct onscreen summary of the president’s address to the United Nations General Assembly.

Stephanie Ruhle devoted Tuesday’s edition of “Money, Power, Politics” to fact-checking claims Trump made during his speech.

And one chyron in particular caught people’s attention.

It read: “Trump touts being a peacemaker while asking if he should annihilate Iran.”

Trump did indeed do both during his speech, hyping his record as a peacemaker and also pondering: “Or do I annihilate the Islamic Republic and do it quickly, never giving them a chance to kill and destroy people and countries again?”

Brandy Zadrozny, a senior reporter at MS NOW, shared a screenshot on X and quipped: “Bonus for whoever wrote this chyron.”

The image quickly spread on social media, where plenty of others agreed.
