Orgo-Life the new way to the future Advertising by AdpathwayAbdul El-Sayed, the Democratic nominee for U.S. Senate in Michigan, fired back at President Donald Trump’s latest Islamophobic attacks against him.
Trump, who has previously called El-Sayed a “jihadist,” suggested during a rally speech on Sunday that the Democrat would “have to go through a metal detector before he’s allowed to go into the Senate” if elected.
El-Sayed said on Thursday he’d go through a metal detector every day ― on one condition.
“Here’s the deal, Donald, I’ll go through a metal detector if you’ll sit for a lie detector,” El-Sayed said. “Simple, I’ve got nothing to hide; you’ve got so much to hide.”
“My first question, Epstein,” he continued. “Second question, did you win the 2020 election. So that’s the deal, I’ll go through a metal detector every day if you sit through a lie detector one time.”

El-Sayed likely surmised that Trump would not answer those questions truthfully on a lie detector test.
