We followed what crossing each line actually does — Egypt's bread price, Lebanon's frozen savings, Germany's gas shock, the dam on the Nile, the suspended Indus treaty, South Korea's empty classrooms, Congo's cobalt, Sudan's war — and Sri Lanka, where the lines hit all at once. The size of a problem never decided it. WATER: UN water stress ≥ 75% (latest published value, with its year; desalination not counted). AGE: working-age population −5% or more, 2026→2036 (World Bank). POVERTY: ≥ 20% under $3 a day. WAR: 25+ battle deaths on its soil in 2025 (Uppsala). • ALREADY HERE: 1,000+ battle deaths, confirmed famine (IPC), a default, or a 2026 UN response plan. Missing data = grey; we don't guess. The 50% / −5% / 20% thresholds are ours; the others are published. WHAT WE DON'T CLAIM • A tier counts lines crossed today; it is not a forecast. "Next to cross" uses IMF / World Bank projections. • Some UN water figures are years old (South Korea's: 2005); we show the year. • Mexico's cartel deaths (7,827 in 2025, UCDP non-state) and Madagascar's water-and-power collapse fall outside our lines — the video says so. • Rwanda denies UN experts' finding that it commands M23; the UAE denies arming the RSF; Riad Salameh is charged, not convicted, and denies the charges. • The Taiwan blockade result is a CSIS simulation. Egypt's "more than three-quarters" is the IMF's 2026 projection.
