PROTECT YOUR DNA WITH QUANTUM TECHNOLOGY
Orgo-Life the new way to the future Advertising by AdpathwayDo you feel like you know who you are? Lee Harris opens with that question, and he is generous about every answer. If you feel you are discovering yourself, or that you mostly know but sense there is more, good. And if the honest answer is that you have no idea, that is not a failure either. It means there are parts of you that have not yet been able to come forward, and that you are in a phase of discovery. He is unusually candid about his own history with this. He went into the self-growth world carrying a great deal of self-judgment, he says, and came out with almost as much. The workshops were brilliant, but the culture of the time asked, if you are not healing, what is your resistance, what are you not looking at? There is real value in that question. But it should only ever be a consideration, never a rule, because sometimes you sit with it honestly and find there is no resistance at all. It is simply not the right time, or not the right alignment. That, he says, is what the Zs trained him to recognise: when he was being judgmental about his own process, and that it is genuinely okay to be confused about what you are going through. When something surfaces from thirty years ago, their instruction is to celebrate it rather than treat it as a problem. The fact that you notice it, and that you have enough space inside you to hold it, is entirely different from how it would have taken you over when you were younger. He gives a picture of what that looks like in practice. Decades ago his anxiety meant phoning a friend in pieces, because that was all he knew how to do. Now he can notice a wobble, pause, breathe, and register what is moving inside him while holding a wider space as the observer. And that observer, he suggests, is able to parent him through what he could not parent himself through when he was young. He closes with a caution he applies to himself: it is tempting, when explaining any of this, to give generic answers, and generic answers leave people feeling they are doing it wrong. Everyone is unique. Most of us become seekers for one of two reasons, either the pain becomes great enough that we have to turn somewhere, or we sense a dimension of reality that nobody around us is talking about and we go looking for it.
