Hi Everyone, 

I just learned that my recent lecture for the UAP Summit of last month has been up for a few days. It’s about USO, and the description they created says:

Richard Dolan’s presentation from the 2026 UAP Detection and Tracking Summit. This session introduces the underexamined domain of unidentified submerged objects (USOs) through a structured historical and analytical overview. Moderated by Reed Summers – Host of the EMERGENT Podcast, Director of Strategy at the Human Institute

As I recall, it was somewhat thorough, but honestly I can barely remember what I said! But I have definitely been interested in doing a form of behavioral analysis of the USOs that have come up in my research. I admit much of this is speculative, but to be honest it’s some of the most rewarding thinking of the subject I’ve done in a while. I hope you find it interesting.
