Second Lady Usha Vance had a scare on Monday after she slipped on the stairs of Marine Two while carrying her 9-month-old baby, Alec.

The Vances arrived at Joint Base Andrews en route to Fairbanks, Alaska.

JD Vance is traveling to Alaska to campaign with incumbent Republican Senator Dan Sullivan.

The Democrats have pulled out all of their dirty tricks in an effort to derail Senator Sullivan and install Democrat Mary Peltola.

Democrats tried adding another ‘Dan Sullivan’ – a decoy – to the general election ballot to confuse Alaskan voters.

“Looking forward to campaigning for Dan Sullivan. A really great guy and Marine Corps veteran… I’m excited to see him,” Vance told reporters on the tarmac.

“As you saw, Usha and a couple of the kids are joining. This is Usha’s 50th state, which is why we are bringing a nine week old baby on a seven and a half hour flight to Alaska,” JD Vance told reporters.

Vance continued, “So, if I give a speech tonight and I look haggard and stressed out, that’s exactly why.”

As Second Lady Usha disembarked, she appeared to lose her footing.

Usha quickly caught herself.
