On July 9, 2026, Palm Beach International Airport officially became Donald J. Trump International Airport. The airport's FAA designation code was updated from PBI to DJT.

Yet even though there are at least eight other commercial airports named after presidents, United Airlines bowed to ridiculous woke culture and decided to offer free ticket changes to anyone who no longer wanted to fly into the renamed destination.

Let that sink in. There are people who are so emotionally and psychologically weak that the change of an airport's name offends their misguided snowflake sensibilities to the extent they will fly into either Ft Lauderdale or Miami to avoid landing at DJT in Palm Beach.

While we’re on the subject of name changes, United Airlines should also consider one. A few suggestions that come to mind are “Divided Airlines,” “Segregation Airlines,” “Bigots of the Air,” or my personal favorite, “Chicken Sh*t Airlines.”

The airline was found instructing reservation agents to allow passengers to switch flights for free if they prefer not to land at the newly named President Donald J. Trump International Airport.

United Airlines executives allegedly instructed reservation agents to provide free upgrades to certain passengers, according to a leaked internal memo obtained by Live And Let’s Fly and reported by FOX Business.

Specifically:

“If a customer does not want to fly to the airport, use your empowerment to offer acceptable alternatives such as Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL) or Miami International Airport (MIA).”

The leaked memo instructed agents to utilize their “empowerment” to waive fees and provide no-cost flight changes to Miami or Fort Lauderdale for anyone triggered by President Trump’s name.

The airline even went so far as to write a script for the agents to follow to keep the Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) at bay. 

“I understand that you’d rather not fly to this airport anymore. We can look at nearby airports like Fort Lauderdale or Miami instead. Is that an acceptable alternative?”

The changes will be processed as equal exchanges, meaning no extra fees for passengers who simply cannot bear seeing President Trump’s name on an airport terminal.

Democrats, being the great deniers and projectors that they are, immediately hit the denial button. Get this, they whined to Fox Business that “the message was poorly worded and not accurate.”

A spokesperson tried to deny even further:

“United customers are able to make changes to a ticket without a fee for many reasons. However, our policy doesn’t allow for changes because of an airport’s name or three-letter code.”

I hope the Miami and Fort Lauderdale airports are ready. Instead of being known for Cuban sandwiches and delicious coffee, they may soon be famous for their s'mores, after thousands of marshmallows land there.
