Hi Everyone,

Allan came on as a guest with some very good points about the whole Lockheed-Martin Tic Tac UFO question. This of course was raised again by George Knapp at the hearing. Not “did Lockheed Martin create the Tic Tac,” but rather, “what was the CIA’s real motivation in blocking transfer of the (probably) Tic Tac UFO to Bigelow Aerospace”?

This is my write up for the Youtube Channel.

In this interview, Richard Dolan speaks with Allan Lavigne about the deeper story behind the recent UAP congressional hearings. Allan lays out a timeline beginning with James Lacatski’s 2007 experience at Skinwalker Ranch, which he believes set the stage for Lacatski’s leadership of the DIA’s Advanced Aerospace Weapon Systems Applications Program (AAWSAP) the following year. From there, Allan argues that the program’s contract with Bigelow Aerospace was never just about theoretical studies; it included explicit provisions for a secure facility to house transferred materials. This, he contends, strongly suggests that Lockheed Martin was preparing to hand over a UAP craft—most likely a Tic Tac—to Bigelow’s company. The discussion also touches on evidence from leaked BAASS research papers and admissions that appear to confirm direct access to Tic Tac technology. Allan argues that this material transfer was ultimately blocked by the CIA’s Science and Technology division, under Glenn Gaffney’s oversight, in coordination with (CIA-created venture capital firm) In-Q-Tel. This, he argues, was an effort to keep revolutionary technologies—propulsion, materials science, energy—within tightly controlled intelligence and venture capital pipelines. Together, Richard and Allan explore the broader implications of this thesis: that UFO secrecy may be less about protecting the public from shock and more about economic capture.

Allan as always was on point. I think this conversation gets us closer than most to what is undoubtedly the core issue: making money off the technology.

Many thanks to Allan for this interview.

ALSO — We did a second part to this, members only. Which I am posting now also. Don’t miss it!
