President Donald Trump shared another religious image on his Truth Social account, just days after he was widely criticized for posting a Christ-like depiction of himself.

On Wednesday, Trump shared a screenshot of another person’s post that featured an image of the president being embraced by Jesus.

“The Radical Left Lunatics might not like this, but I think it is quite nice!!!” he wrote alongside it.

In addition to the images, Trump sparked religious controversy recently by hurling insults at Pope Leo XIV.

Earlier this week, Trump drew backlash for an artificial-intelligence-generated image he posted to Truth Social depicting himself as Jesus Christ, or someone who looked very much like the Messiah.

“It’s more than blasphemy,” ex-Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.), a former Trump loyalist who’s now a critic of the president, wrote on X. “It’s an Antichrist spirit.”

He later deleted the image, and gave a bizarre explanation for what he posted — claiming it was not Jesus but something else entirely.

“I did post it and I thought it was me as a doctor,” he told reporters at the White House on Monday. “Only the fake news could come up with that one.”

Trump posted the Christ-like image of himself the same day he went after Pope Leo XIV for his criticism of the war in Iran.

The president called the U.S.-born leader of the Roman Catholic Church “WEAK on Crime, and terrible for Foreign Policy” in a post on Truth Social on Sunday.

The tirade appeared to have been inspired by a “60 Minutes” report in which three American cardinals spoke about the pontiff’s emergence as a Trump critic, in particular his policies on the Iran conflict and his sweeping mass deportation agenda.

On Monday, after Trump’s attack, Leo insisted he “will continue to speak out loudly against war.”
