A federal judge on Wednesday blocked Minnesota Governor Tim Walz from forcing Texas Governor Greg Abbott to extradite an ICE agent who was charged by a Soros prosecutor.

US District Judge Fernando Rodriguez, a Trump appointee, blocked Walz from forcing Texas to extradite the ICE Agent.

“[The] Court concludes that Minnesota has failed to satisfy the requirements of Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 65 to warrant the issuance of a temporary restraining order,” the judge wrote.

Last Tuesday, Keith Ellison announced his office filed a lawsuit against Texas Governor Greg Abbott to force the extradition of an ICE agent involved in a shooting earlier this year.

As previously reported, an ICE agent charged in the nonfatal shooting of a Venezuelan  was arrested in Texas in May.

Earlier this year, Soros-funded prosecutor Mary Moriarty charged an ICE agent with the nonfatal shooting of a Venezuelan migrant she claimed was legally in the United States.

Moriarty charged the agent, identified as Castro, with four counts of second-degree assault and one count of falsely reporting a crime.

In January, ICE agents were involved in a shooting in Minneapolis as Governor Walz claimed federal agents are “going door-to-door ordering people to point out where their neighbors of color live.”

According to Fox News reporter Bill Melugin, ICE agents shot a shovel-wielding Venezuelan after he tried to assault federal  officers.

A Venezuelan teen was shot in the leg.

Keith Ellison said Texas must extradite Christian Castro.

“Christian Castro has been charged with breaking the law in Minnesota,” Ellison said.

“He must face justice in Minnesota. Governor Abbott should have granted Governor Walz’s extradition request long ago and is required to do so now,” he said.

Later Tuesday, Governor Abbott was asked about Keith Ellison’s lawsuit during an unrelated press conference.

Abbott went off on the corrupt Minnesota Democrats.

“First of all, I don’t trust Tim Walz on anything, let alone something like this. While they’re making demands, I have a demand of my own and that is, it’s time for Minnesota to step up and repay the Untied States of America and Americans for all the fraud they have committed in their state under federal programs,” Abbott said.

“And I will not respond to them at all until they step up and do what’s right and they acknowledge their fault in the fraud that took place and fully repay the United States of America for the fraud they committed,” he said.
