The Dutch government has cleared Ye (Kanye West) to perform in the Netherlands despite posting ‘I am a Nazi’ and saying he was going ‘Defcon 3 on Jewish people’. Meanwhile, I have been banned from the Netherlands (and thus 30 countries in the Schengen group) since 2022 for the crime of agreeing to speak at a PEACE rally in Amsterdam. Apparently I am ‘antisemitic’ even though the man who invited me was Jewish. The ‘antisemitic’ claim has since been withdrawn and now I am just a ‘threat to democracy’ and a ‘threat to public order’. I don’t believe in banning people, but the contrast is stunning. Indeed – insane.
