I have lifted the title of this article again (I used it four years ago) from the world-famous American ‘philosopher’ Forrest Gump. A shocking nation rattling event occurred on the night of February 24, 2026. The Congressional representatives (House and Senate), minus the 76 members who boycotted the President’s address, took a very firm anti-American stance against the very voters who elected them to their high office.

That failure by Democrats to simply stand shoulder-to-shoulder with all Americans 

In an effort to show America and the world, that on at least one issue all Americans were united, at the State of the Union (SOTU), President Trump requested that everyone in the room stand up if they agreed that the first responsibility of the United States government was to American citizens, not illegal aliens. Few, if any, Democrats stood up. Stupid is as stupid does.

That failure by Democrats to simply stand shoulder-to-shoulder with all Americans and agree about the fundamental purpose of the federal government was telling. Who are these people representing? Most of these people have become rich since entering Congress, so I guess that answers the question about who they represent. These crooks represent themselves and whoever bought them off. Congresswoman Omar has been honest and stated that her primary interest is in supporting the nation of Somalia, not the United States. However, that did not stop Omar from getting rich too. Why is she still in Congress? Beats me!

Democrats are very good at one thing and that is behaving badly. Part of the job of Congress is to interact with the Executive Branch, including being present for the President’s State of the Union address. Seventy-six Democrats decided not to do their job on February 24^th and boycotted the address. One of them was removed from the chamber for bad behavior the second year in a row, and Congresswoman Talib should have been removed for displaying a button “F**k ICE,” a violation of civil and Congressional decorum. But again, stupid is as stupid does.

Since the President’s SOTU address, several Democrat Congressional members have been interviewed and asked if they stand with Americans first, and they refuse to commit to American voters over illegal aliens. Stupid is as stupid does. If American voters reelect any of these anti-American socialist clowns in November, America is in deep, deep trouble.
