It’s been a hectic last day, but three out of the four media for my new book are now available (audiobook still needs a couple of days). But it’s now available in ebook, paperback, and hardcover.

After many years of working through the historical record, Richard Dolan has released the 400-page Volume Two of A History of Unidentified Submerged Objects, covering the period from 1970 to 1989. This is a time when the subject begins to take on a different character, with a noticeable increase in both the number and quality of reports, often involving trained observers operating within military and maritime environments. Drawing from a wide range of sources, including naval encounters, civilian testimony, and archival material from multiple countries, this volume brings together a substantial body of cases that have rarely been examined in a sustained way. As with the first volume, the goal here is not to push a particular conclusion, but to document what has been reported, place it within its proper context, and allow the pattern that emerges to speak for itself.

I’m always a little nervous when a new book of mine comes out (“did I miss anything? did I make any mistakes?”) but I think this is a good book with good information. Allan’s illustrations are beautiful, and overall I tried very hard to make this a very strong presentation. 

Anyway, it’s out. Audiobook is coming SOON. My reader for the audiobook is just so good.
