"Today, the enthusiasm among Congress workers to welcome our new President is unprecedented," Rawat stated. "From the airport right up to the Pradesh Congress office, there is a massive gathering of workers. The Congress hand and the tricolour are visible everywhere."

"Just as transformation began from Uttarakhand in 2002, the beginning of change will once again originate from this state this time," Rawat asserted.
