Angela Rayner is facing questions over whether she misled the public about her career history, after appearing to blur the lines between her work as a home help and her role as a union rep. The Telegraph has the story:

The newly reinstated Housing Secretary has said in the past that she spent 14 years as a council-employed “home care worker”, even though she spent 10 years working either full time or part time as a shop steward.

The Conservatives suggested Ms Rayner was contributing to a “credibility crisis” for Labour that began under Sir Keir Starmer.
