Last year I harvested and tasted pawpaws for the first time from trees grown right here at Dancing Rabbit Ecovillage. They are an amazing fruit in the sugar apple family, but they aren't tropical. I've eaten sugar apples in FL but these taste just as delicious and can be grown in cold regions.
