Consider John Locke, the father of the American Constitution, and how his writings helped establish Natural Rights from Natural Law:

John Locke's theory of natural rights—life, liberty, and property—is deeply rooted in Christian theology, positing that these rights are God-given, inherent, and discovered through reason and divine law, obligating individuals to respect others' inherent worth as God's creation. Second the Sharia law lacks due process and so can never be properly applied. Third there was no freedom in this culture, no free speech freedom of movement freedom of belief. So certainly Trump can encourage Islam which does not respect nor encourage various freedoms.

For, what right would anyone in the government have in using as a goal, and philosophical system, one imbued with Christian theology? And the answer to this is very simple. Because most people realize that philosophy on its own is sterile, but on the other hand, Christianity for the last several thousand years has been the most dynamic and human-friendly system of thought, helping build the European & American, and their colonies outline and so the history of this being successful is established and totally undeniable. In other words, make these rebuilt societies operate on Enlightenment standard, which encompasses informed variations of Humanism.

But, instead if we use New Natural Rights as the model, we can include in the natural law aspect, also the Christian humanistic focus on the care and support and defense of human society implied in the Sermon on the Mount and Golden Rule -- Do unto others as you would have done unto you,,,and don’t forget the parable of the Samaritan, dying on the side of the road before a kind stranger intervened. And so this is the way to go forward, but to deny NNLT would mean sowing disaster into these rebooted societies that have barely survived Marxist infiltration, and could be coopted by a new evil leader.

SUMMARY: Trump attempts at rebooting horrific global regimes is based on the following facts:

1. America has an inherent duty to help others
2. America’s military might should be used to take insane leaders out of tyrannies
3. Natural law should seek upgrades in safety, health, wealth & liberty for others
4. That within New Natural Law Theory encourages service to all humans, to better mankind, and leave a legacy of prosperity, rule of law, health and liberty. Natural law offers universal, inherent moral principles discoverable by human reason, applying to all humans regardless of culture or government, guiding concepts like justice, inherent rights (life, liberty, property), and the common understanding of right vs. wrong, serving as a foundation for human rights and a moral standard for human-made laws. It posits that humans, through reason, inherently know fundamental moral truths, such as not harming others, and are guided by these innate principles for human flourishing.

Remember, every human has the right to the following: 1. Life; 2. Knowledge; 3. Play; 4. Aesthetic Experience; 5. Sociability (friendship); 6. Practical Reasonableness; 7. ‘Religion’
