Recently, I saw the video below. I was surprised by how aligned it was. Edgar Cayce, the “sleeping prophet,” read the Akashic Records in a trance. He lived in the last century. He gave a lot of excellent advice. I’m not sure how accurately the video expresses Cayce’s words, but it’s good advice.

I disagree with practices that try to control our behaviour or experience. The key is transcendence, going beyond our experience into our deeper nature. This develops many of the “signs” described, as long as we’re conscious of it and support them. Awakening itself will shift all of them as it integrates. We can’t expect some of them to develop far without that. 

This isn’t about perfection, just a gradual evolution of how we are with ourselves and the world. When our inner reality changes, our outer expression will follow in time.
