It's an interesting story for sure, I'v tracked it a bit over the years. When my wife was in the process of buying her Model 3 in late '19, our friend from Utah, who works in automotive production at the factory creation level, was telling her to hold off and wait for something using Nikola 's superior technology.

Unfortunately, it's also a story of using hype and deception to gain wealth and then used political maneuvering to avoid Karma. At one point I think, Milton had the most expensive residential home in Utah. Don't know if he kept it. While he amassed a substantial fortune via Nicola, I got the impression he was the type of guy that would spend it as fast as he made it. He may have dodged prison, but I don't know how much money he was left with.

I'll have to watch this version of it.
