Haddish began by teasing the United States soccer team over its performance against Belgium on Monday in the FIFA World Cup.

“We got beat 4 to 1 by those freaky little waffle munchers,” the comedian and actor cracked.

But Haddish said the U.S. team might not be to blame for its performance.

Trump is taking heat for meddling by calling FIFA President Gianni Infantino after U.S. star forward Folarin Balogun was given a red card and suspended.

Balogun’s suspension was reversed after that phone call. Fans of other teams were livid, and some believe the president’s intervention may have motivated the Belgium team.

“People are blaming Donald Trump for the loss after he got FIFA to help Team USA,” Haddish said. “It seems like everything Trump touches dies ― which I guess is why his tiny hands are all fucked up.”

Trump has long been sensitive about the size of his hands, which are frequently seen with large bruises that he attempts to conceal with makeup.

The White House has said the bruising is due to his use of aspirin combined with frequent handshaking.
