It is a well known fact that Israel possesses more than 100 nuclear bombs. President Jimmy Carter once said that Israel has 150 nuclear weapons.
With the deteriorating situation for Israel and the US, a desperate Israel might use its nuclear option because it is deeply stuck in a war it is losing and cannot stop.

Trump, with his utter ignorance of history, no compassion for human life, out of control ego and deranged mind, might give okey to Israel to use nuclear bomb on Iran as he is in a desperate situation, a war he started at Israel’s urging. But he is losing and cannot stop it any more. He might give a green signal to Israel to nuke Iran and then lie that he was not informed. This is quite a possible scenario.
In the history of the nuclear era, only one country had acted criminally using not one but two nuclear bombs. That was the United States under the Truman administration, throwing not one but two nuclear bombs on Japan on August 6 and 9, 1945. The great criminality of this dastardly act was that even without the use of these deadly weapons, Japan was nearly ready to surrender. It was only required by Japan that their Emperor Hirohito must be saved and cannot be prosecuted. But the Truman administration didn’t agree and went on using the nuclear bombs on Japan. It was used to show to russia that US now had nuclear bombs and Russia better keep out of other European nations. It was a crime unparalleled in history.
In an article titled “Last Secret of the Six-Day War” reported that in the days before the 1967 Six-Day War, Israel planned to insert a team of paratroopers by helicopter into the Sinai. Their mission was to set up and remotely detonate a nuclear bomb on a mountaintop as a warning to belligerent surrounding states. While outnumbered, Israel effectively eliminated the Egyptian Air Force and occupied the Sinai, winning the war before the test could even be set up. Retired Israeli brigadier general Itzhak Yaakov referred to this operation as the Israeli Samson Option.
The Samson Option is a deterrence strategy of massive retaliation with nuclear weapons as a “last resort” against any country whose military has invaded and/or destroyed much of Israel.
In 1973, when Egypt and Syria invaded Israel by surprise, Israel responded in part by artificially heightening its level of nuclear alert in order to force the U.S. to help it end the conflict more quickly.
In the 1973 Yom Kippur War, Arab forces were overwhelming Israeli forces and Prime Minister Golda Meir authorized a nuclear alert and ordered 13 atomic bombs be readied for use by missiles and aircraft. The Israeli Ambassador informed President Richard Nixon that very serious conclusions may occur if the United States did not airlift supplies. Nixon complied. This is seen by some commentators on the subject as the first threat of the use of the Samson Option.
In other words, Israel used nuclear blackmail against the U.S. The best available evidence suggests that everyone involved in the Arab-Israeli conflict was aware that Israel had nuclear weapons and would use them if they were pushed too far.
Some half a century ago, Iran destroyed the Carter presidency—though he was a good humane president—this time, Iran very well could destroy the Trump presidency and the world would take a sigh of relief!
So, what can be done to stop Israel using a nuclear bomb on Iran? I think major countries like Russia, China and India must unequivocally declare to the United States and Israel that if Israel or the US uses a nuclear bomb on Iran, all bets are off. They must tell them that it is absolutely unacceptable. Even all gulf nations must warn Israel and the US against using the nuclear option because they will also be adversely affected by radiation from the nuclear bomb explosion. Russia and China can go a step further. They can declare that if a nuclear bomb is used on Iran, They will give Iran 2-3 nuclear weapons along with 2-3 ICBMs for a retaliatory strike. This will make Israel and the U.S. think twice before even considering a nuclear weapon’s use in this war. Also, every country including the whole of Europe and Africa must declare that in case of the use of nuclear bombs in this immoral war, they will break off diplomatic relations with Israel and end all trade with that country.
Israel must be made now to realize that going nuclear in this or any other future wars, will be extremely costly economically and diplomatically. The world’s responsible major powers like India, Russia and China must act now so that Israel or the US does not even think about using their nuclear options in this or any other future wars.
In my opinion, Iran should learn from the North Korean example. They were always threatened by the U.S. with regime change after the Korean War. It withdrew from NNPT and started developing nuclear bombs. In 2006, it exploded its first nuclear device. Many more followed. This gave it immunity from any attack by South Korea or by the United States. It now possesses 50 nuclear bombs.
So, Iran will be well advised to develop a few nuclear bombs ASAP. Religious belief is one thing but the survival of the state is another thing. Practicality dictates that Iran should have a few nuclear weapons. Iranian people should demand this from their government. If it had some of these weapons, neither Israel nor America would have dared to attack it.

Reviews
“This book is a ‘must’ resource – a richly documented and systematic diagnosis of the supremely pathological geo-strategic planning of US wars since ‘9-11’ against non-nuclear countries to seize their oil fields and resources under cover of ‘freedom and democracy’.”
–John McMurtry, Professor of Philosophy, Guelph University
“In a world where engineered, pre-emptive, or more fashionably “humanitarian” wars of aggression have become the norm, this challenging book may be our final wake-up call.”
-Denis Halliday, Former Assistant Secretary General of the United Nations
Michel Chossudovsky exposes the insanity of our privatized war machine. Iran is being targeted with nuclear weapons as part of a war agenda built on distortions and lies for the purpose of private profit. The real aims are oil, financial hegemony and global control. The price could be nuclear holocaust. When weapons become the hottest export of the world’s only superpower, and diplomats work as salesmen for the defense industry, the whole world is recklessly endangered. If we must have a military, it belongs entirely in the public sector. No one should profit from mass death and destruction.
–Ellen Brown, author of ‘Web of Debt’ and president of the Public Banking Institute
