The co-deputy leader of the Green Party, whose policy is to abolish landlords, is reportedly a private landlord himself.

Mothin Ali, a Leeds city councillor, has served as co-deputy leader of Zack Polanski‘s party in England and Wales since last September.

Only a month later at a party conference, the Greens passed a motion bringing into effect a policy titled: ‘Abolish landlords’.
