Facebook owner Meta has been forced into a further climbdown over plans to ‘steal’ the content of British publishers.

The decision by the Silicon Valley giant follows a humiliating defeat in a European court.

Now Meta says it is likely to delay introducing its new terms and conditions for a second time after losing a hearing against the publishing industry in Norway.
