Orgo-Life the new way to the future Advertising by AdpathwayA group of Jeffrey Epstein survivors is urging lawmakers in Congress to vote on releasing case files related to the convicted sex offender’s crimes, in an emotional letter stating the “American people have awaited for far too long.”
“There is no middle ground here,” the letter signed with victim Virginia Giuffre’s family and shared by Axios on Friday read. “There is no hiding behind party affiliation. The testimonies you heard are just a fraction of the unimaginable suffering endured by more than a thousand victims alike.”
Their plea comes after Democrats on the House Oversight Committee Wednesday released thousands of documents from Epstein’s estate, some of which suggest President Donald Trump was aware of Epstein’s criminal activities.

The files that Trump campaigned on releasing have been long awaited. Seven weeks after her election, Rep. Adelita Grijalva (D-Ariz.) was finally sworn into Congress and became the final signature needed on a “discharge petition” to force the House of Representatives to act on a bill requiring the DOJ to release them.
However, the bill would still need Senate approval and can be vetoed by Trump who dismissed the public uproar as a Democratic-orchestrated “hoax.” He called on the FBI and DOJ on Friday to investigate Epstein’s ties with powerful Democrats.
The group told lawmakers to “remember that your primary duty is to your constituents” as they gather with family for the holidays.

“Look into the eyes of your children, your sisters, your mothers, and your aunts. Imagine if they had been preyed upon,” the letter read. “Imagine if you yourself were a survivor. What would you want for them? What would you want for yourself? When you vote, we will remember your decision at the ballot box.”
The victims honored the late Giuffre, who was a prominent voice in Epstein’s case but passed away in April, describing her as “a beacon of strength to survivors everywhere” as she faced threats to her life, financial ruin, and public shaming in pursuit of justice.
“Virginia was failed over and over by the systems that consistently believed and supported her abusers over her,” they wrote in the letter. “Today, we urge you not to fail another survivor and deny them justice any longer.”
