Many of us employ Tuning Forks, Tibetan Singing Bowls, and Panda Drums for sound therapy such as relief from stress, healing, and protection. These sound rituals can be enhanced by connecting first to the Divine realms with prayer or with a mantra chant. Never just obtain your sound tools and then just dive in and start banging away. These are spiritual tools — not entertainment instruments.

Always wipe off your sound tools with a cloth that has been very lightly sprayed with sanitizer when you first obtain them. This removes the vibration of those who handled your tools before you received them from in-person purchasing in a store or through the shipping process.

Each time before you play your sound tools, always recite a brief prayer to invite into your space calming, healing, protective LIGHT. You can use a prayer from your particular spiritual path or create one yourself.

You can also recite the powerful “Pranava” (“Cosmic Sound”) of “AUM” three times. Engaging the Supreme Being, the Infinite Presence, the Divine Absolute before using your sound tools will enhance the healing energetics that you seek.

With the extreme cosmic energetics that have come into our solar system and planet — and with the more that are on the way — we need as many spiritual tools as possible in order to remain anchored to the “SEA OF SOURCE LIGHT”.

Sound therapy has been employed for thousands of years by advanced civilizations. Ancient healers knew about specific sound energies (which we refer to as “Hertz” levels in our current modern era) and which ones aligned with particular parts of the physical vessel as well as those which healed and sealed the auric field.
