You will continue to be presented with many opinions, thoughts, and opportunities as you continue to travel into the new. This is why honing your discernment is important. You cannot use your discernment to the highest, truest level for yourself if you do not know how you are feeling. The key here is self awareness.

If you are introduced to a new opportunity, the first thing we advise is to not give an answer until you have had time to sit with it. This will give you a chance to assess your responses to it. Do not fall prey to a knee jerk reaction. Those are usually based on old patterns, conditioning, or habits.

How did your body feel when you were presented this opportunity? Did you feel excitement? Dread? Was your body giving you a clear yes by feeling open towards it or was it giving you a no response by feeling very tense? What was your body doing when you were listening to it? Were you fidgeting or were you still and engaged? How did the overall vibe of the opportunity feel to you?

You may need to sort through many layers of response until you get down to your own truth and authenticity. That is ok. You will get better with it as you go. If you sift through fear, doubt, what you feel you should do vs what you really want to do, and your body responses you will find your answer. Then both your no’s and your yes’s will serve you and the whole.
