President Donald Trump’s map revamp is getting a chilly reception from Americans, according to new numbers.

The pro-name game pool of respondents was swamped by critics, with 63% saying they opposed the stunt, while the remaining 23% had no opinion or completely skipped the question.

Trump’s cartographic antics are part of an escalating economic dispute with Canada, previously one of the U.S.’s top trade partners.

After negotiations between the nations broke down last month, the president imposed 50% tariffs on about $20 billion worth of Canadian goods.

Trump’s Great Lake lark is just about as unpopular as the clash which provoked it: 56% of Americans told Reuters/Ipsos pollsters they opposed the tariffs on their northern neighbor while only 20% said they support them.

White House spokeswoman Taylor Rogers weighed in on the numbers for Fox News Digital, calling Canada “a bad neighbor” which has been “ripping off our country for years.”

“President Trump promised voters that he would not allow our country to be taken advantage of anymore, which is why he is fighting so hard to protect American industries and workers,” she said. “Thanks to the President’s bold leadership, we are putting America back on the map.”
