Super Bowl LX, great game! NFL decision making, not so much;

The 2026 Super Bowl game was a great game. As a Seahawks fan, I was pleased with the outcome. However, it is too bad that the NFL bowed down to the San Francisco Bay Area Rainbow Mafia (all things LGBTQ+ and who knows what else). It was clear that the Rainbow Mafia had a major influence on the Super Bowl LX logo and the colors displayed around the stadium during the pregame period.

Over 26 million game television viewers, including me, gave the single figure salute to the half-time show when they tuned into the alternate All-American Half-Time show sponsored by Turning Point USA. How the dumb-asses with the NFL could select a Rainbow Mafia, Spanish-speaking headliner whose primary audience demographic is teenage girls is mind boggling. Not exactly your average NFL fan. The NFL still hasn’t figured out that WOKE died with the end of the Joe Biden/autopen administration. I guess the NFL seems to be stuck with bunch of their DEI hires.

In addition, most NFL players and coaches are solid unabashed Christians and half-time shows, such as the disaster of the Super Bowl LX half-time show, is a total insult to them. NFL top management needs to get their heads out of “that place where the sun don’t shine” and play to the standards of most Americans, not to the 30% who are not Christians, including the five percent represented by the Rainbow Mafia. Pleasing the Rainbow Mafia minority and insulting the American majority is not a good business model. In addition, the advertisers during half-time got burned when about 25% of the viewing audience switched channels.

Super Bowl LX, great game! NFL decision making, not so much.
