I know a lot of conjecture is running around about whether or not Grant Wilson is divorced and that is why he's leaving "Ghost Hunters" show. I recently wrote a post giving him accolades for what he has done in the field, but most especially for his team that needed the balance of someone so sensitive and calm. Yes, he did not have a wedding ring on during the announcement episode, it's true, but there are a million reasons a man does not wear his ring and one of those could be divorce and others quite practical or symbolic. It is hard to try and balance a career in which ones goes from a plumber and website designer who is raising 3 kids and married to a sudden celebrity who is traveling the globe, giving talks and ghost hunts, as well as public engagements required of him as a TV celebrity and working a magazine and buying an inn. There is no instruction booklet on how to handle things that happen overnight; just ask any bewildered lottery winner. It can hurt...

Caves are more than the sites of mines and ancient hieroglyphs, the burial places of giants, and homes for bats. They can also be haunted. And, why not? In desperate times, caves were utilized for sanctuary and sometimes standoffs and, given the geology, they seem like ideal vessels in a feng shui sort of way, to retain and hold a kind of amplified haunting that is held captive in a cul-du-sac formation. I am utterly fascinated with the haunted cave phenomena. I cannot think of a better spirit vessel. Let's have a look at some more infamous haunted caves....

The town of Hawthorne, Nevada harbors a big 18-mile x 8-mile lake called Walker Lake. It also houses a guarded "Naval Undersea Warfare Center." This amazing lake has not one structure to support the locals enjoying a swim or some fishing, but does have some kind of base along its western edge. It has also been associated with some pretty amazing conjecture.
