It’s late here, and I have spent the entire day finalizing and uploading my USO book files for sale on Amazon. The ebook is already live. The paperback and hardcover are still in process, but I imagine they will be available in another day or two at most. The audiobook is also in process, although there are just a few minor issues to fix on some of those files. The whole thing *sounds* great to me, but Amazon has very precise standards. I am sure my audio guy can fix them easily. 

As far as pricing goes: 

Ebook is $9.99
Paperback is $39.95
Hardcover is $69.95
Audiobook — I don’t know but I would imagine somewhere near $20, which is roughly the price of the first volume audiobook. 

Regarding the relative high price of the paperback and hardcover, this is purely a feature of how expensive it is to print color images of the fantastic illustrations of Allan Lavigne. For the hard cover in particular, I chose the highest quality resolution and appearance, as I did for the first volume. I am trying to keep the quality perfectly consistent. 

I will have more to say about this book in the next few days. For now, I just wanted to let you know — *finally* done with this phase of the project. 🙂
