There is one very underrated statement in the Declaration of Independence. As important as the first two paragraphs are, the very last sentence of the document is profound in that it declares the “all in” commitment of the 56 signers of the Declaration of Independence.

“And for the support of this Declaration with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.” Declaration of Independence

Those 56 old White men, often disparaged by young liberals, as Founding Fathers were counting on protection from God as they committed themselves to each other and to the challenges of establishing independence from the English Crown. How many American patriots are prepared to make such a commitment today?

“Posterity! [That would be you and me.] You will never know how much it cost the present generation to preserve your freedom! I hope you will make a good use of it.” ~ John Adams

Here we are in 2025. Have we made good use of what our Founding Fathers gave us? There are evil powers at work to fully squander the liberty those 56 old White men committed themselves to. Most of those 56 old White men lost their fortunes and died paupers, but they were proud to have done what they had done. For them, it was a price worth paying.

"The Founding Fathers were neither passive, death-worshiping mystics nor mindless, power-seeking looters; as a political group they were a phenomenon unprecedented in history: they were thinkers who were also men of action." ~ Ayn Rand

Those 56 old White men, with God’s help, sparked the start of a nation like no other in the history of the planet. A nation that, when it was only 142 years old, unprecedentedly, invested her blood and treasure to save Europe from destroying itself in World War I. And then, a mere 25 years later, did it all over again in World War II. Then for the next 80 years, the United States of America has been first to help any country on earth in their time of need.

No other nation has ever come close to doing what America has done. Now in 2025, America has a President that is helping to resolve war like conflicts in every corner of the globe. The United States of America, of President Trump, is exactly the nation our Founding Fathers envisioned and hoped it would be.

The rest-everything that America achieved, everything she became, everything 'noble and just,' and heroic, and great, and unprecedented in human history-was the logical consequence of fidelity to that one principle." ~ Ayn Rand

However, evil is afoot in our land. These forces of evil are set on scrapping the United States Constitution and all the individual rights and liberties it grants her citizens. Sadly, a significant number of Americans have bought into the blind hate of Donald Trump and his supporters perpetrated by the evil bosses of the Democrat Socialists of America who are now acknowledged as having taken control of the old Democrat Party. Acolytes of this twisted ideology have been groomed to be assassins who are shooting their fellow citizens all over America, from Donald Trump to Charlie Kirk, to children in schools, to government agents, and even people in churches. This evil ideology has found refuge in many of the cities controlled by Democrat mayors, where crime is out of control and criminals have no reason to fear the legal system.

I believe America is finally on the right track again. However, President Trump will only be with us leading the Make America Great Again charge for a little over three years. The forces of evil will be crippled, but they won’t be defeated in that time. Everyday Americans are needed to step into the breach by running for elected positions at all levels of government so the flush handle can be pulled on the treasonous agents of evil hiding in government. There is no quick fix. Remember winning the Revolutionary War took our forefathers more than eight years. It will take at least that long to fully and peacefully defeat the evil rampant in America today.

I assume all who are reading this consider themselves patriots. But are you a Kennedy Minuteman or are you waiting for a spot in Dante’s hell?
